At Homemaid Cleaning, we primarily clean residential homes in the Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo areas. We service a 20-minute drive radius around the center of town and you are typically assigned 2 homes a day.

Cleaning jobs are mostly performed “solo” or by 1 technician. In the event of larger jobs, you will be assigned to a team. You must have your own car to be able to carry cleaning supplies to the work sites. All of the teams are dispatched from home directly to customer locations. No need for daily office visits!

We use a mobile app that will allow you to see all your bookings, GPS to clients' homes, clock in and out, communicate with the office, and more. It's quite handy!

You are compensated for your time and additional mileage for occasional jobs outside our service area. We pay on commission and our techs average between $850-1200/week plus tips & benefits.

You will be paid via direct deposit to your bank account. You will be ale to see your payments online via the online payroll system that we use.

Applicants must be available to work Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m. We do NOT work nights or weekends. Seasoned techs are typically done between 4 & 5 p.m.

Requirements

Availability: You must be available 8-5:30 M-F. We only schedule you through 5 and leave a 30-minute buffer for occasional surprises.

You Must Own Your Own Vehicle: Must have current and valid insurance and driver's license.

Positive & Energetic: Must possess energy & attitude to clean and be customer-facing 5 days/week.

Exceptional Communication Skills: As a field worker, you must possess strong communication skills including the ability to proactively ask questions as they arise.

Trustworthy & Clean: You must pass a background check and drug test and maintain a clean professional appearance.

Legal To Work Here: You must be legal to work here in the US.
